TUH Health Fund and its sister company Union Health have developed new digital technology for its members in the form of a digital membership card. TUH members can now ‘tap and claim’, using their android phone on HICAPS terminals instead of swiping a plastic card. 

We are excited to announce that we have partnered with HealthShare, Australia's leading health practitioner directory, to help private health fund members find a healthcare provider who offers HICAPS.

We are pleased to announce that in conjunction with participating health funds and Audiology Australia, HICAPS now offers electronic claiming for Audiology services.

Accredited Audiologists can now offer their patients the convenience of on-the-spot claiming with participating funds.

We’re excited to announce on-the-spot claims are now available for counselling services through HICAPS.

A select number of participating health funds for Overseas Health Cover (student, worker or visitor), are offering their members the convenience of processing their claim on the spot through HICAPS.

Now Bupa, Medibank Private and nib members with Overseas Health Cover can have their health fund benefit processed at participating practitioners through the HICAPS terminal.

Select health fund members can now use their digital fund card to claim using their iPhone or Apple watch.

Members of Bupa, Medibank, nib, GU health and HBF are now able to tap and claim on any HICAPS terminal in Australia.
